Patient privacy
- Use a company tablet with a passcode, not a personal phone.
- When the form is done, tap Finish & save PDF. The app keeps no copy.
- Upload the PDF to the Patient Records folder in Google Drive, then delete it from the tablet.
- Never email or text a patient record.
